Thank you for your interest in supporting us financially. Our donors play a vital role in subsidizing summer camp fees and help us continue providing and improving the experience and the facilities that we offer.

Currently, our website is not set up to take online donations. We are working to provide this option in the near future. Described here are the methods and process by which you can currently donate.

Giving to Camp

One-time donations can be given by cheque, credit card, or cash (but please do not send cash in the mail).

Regular giving can be accomplished via post-dated cheques, monthly credit card charges, or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

How to Give by Cheque

Cheques can be made out to Camp Caroline and sent to us in the mail:

How to Give by Credit Card

Currently the best way to give by credit card is to call Leslie at 403-722-3939 with your credit card information. If you would like to have your credit card charged a certain amount per month, you can also set this up with her over the phone.

Pre-Authorized Monthly Donations

For Pre-Authorized Monthly Donations from your bank account, you need to complete this form and send it to us via mail or fax 403-722-3980. Leslie will then connect with you to confirm the appropriate details.

Information Needed with Your Donations

Please note that the following information is needed with all types of donations:

  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Designation

Designating Your Donations

Most people who give to Camp Caroline choose to designate their donation to one of three options. If you’re not sure where you’d like to designate, please ask us for suggestions!

  • Campership Aid (to support campers coming to summer camp who otherwise could not afford it),
  • Capital Projects (to support projects like our gymnasium or the upcoming new lodge), or
  • General Support (to allow Camp Caroline to direct the funds to whatever they think best).

Some donors like to support projects that are more specific than these categories (i.e. Bibles, Wilderness Program, Horse Equipment). In such cases, please communicate with us your ideas or wishes. We are more than happy to discuss the specific needs we have and how they fit into our overall vision, values, and priorities. However, the reality is that we may be unable or unwilling to accept a donation whose designation is defined to something not in line with our intentions or purposes.
