Kingdom Building @ Camp Caroline

Our leadership and discipleship training is about raising up leaders to build up God's Kingdom. It is designed for High School students who are maturing in their Christian faith, and want to take it to the next level alongside fellow Christ-followers. If this is where you're at, we invite you to apply for an experience of a lifetime.

LDT 1 is intended for students entering grade 11 in September following their upcoming summer involvement. LDT 2 is intended for students entering grade 12 in September following their upcoming summer involvement who have already completed LTD 1.

In the first year of the program (LDT 1), your faith will take a giant leap as we challenge you in your own spiritual walk with God and your own inner life and character. The first week includes intensive training sessions with a speaker, an outtrip to bond as a team, and training on how to serve within a ministry setting. The second week follows with a chance to try it out through support roles on our summer staff team, all the while learning from an older, more experienced summer staff member. We also hope that throughout the school year afterward, Camp Caroline can continue to challenge you and build into you, and that the "brothers and sisters" you meet in this unique program will be lasting support and encouragement throughout High School and beyond!

In the second year of the program (LDT 2), your comfort levels will be stretched significantly as we challenge you and equip you for relational discipleship and evangelism. We hope that after a week of training, you are prepared not only to share your faith with your peers, but also with campers who will be in your care during your second week - the practicum week. Under the supervision of full time counselors, we plug you into cabins for a more direct and influential role in the lives of these campers. And as always, we hope that the same "brothers and sisters" who were your body in LDT 1 have returned to continue building a strong community. You may develop friends for life! Camp Caroline may also continue to push you to live for Him throughout your Grade 12 year.

Steps to Selection

Fill out the on-line registration form through the "Register Now" button. Application deadline is March 1st.

By April 1st, you will be notified of your acceptance. At this point a police information check will be required for safe screening procedures.
